Privacy Policy

Artmonious (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, scroll depth, link clicks, approximate device type, browser, and general location (country/region/city based on IP). We do not send names, emails, messages, or other personal information to Google Analytics.
  • Attribution data: When you first arrive, we store referrer, UTM campaign, and source classification in your browser so we can understand how visitors find us. This information is anonymous and expires after 90 days.
  • Contact form data: When you submit the contact form, the details you provide (name, email, project information, and message) are emailed to us and stored in Klaviyo so we can respond and manage the relationship. This information is not used for advertising.
  • Newsletter signup: When you join the newsletter, your email address is added to our Klaviyo mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • B2B visitor identification: We use RB2B to identify the companies associated with business visitors to the site.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and localStorage entries to remember your analytics consent choice, store anonymous attribution information, and keep track of whether a form submission has started. Google Analytics and RB2B may also set cookies. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process device data to distinguish humans from bots.

Analytics Opt-Out

You can decline analytics tracking using the consent banner at the bottom of the page. If you previously consented, you can opt out at any time by running this in your browser console:

localStorage.setItem("am_analytics_opt_out", "1"); window.location.reload();

California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Artmonious does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at casey@artmonious.com.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as needed to respond and manage ongoing business relationships. Anonymous analytics and attribution data in Google Analytics is retained according to Google's default data-retention settings.

Changes
